New Axiom AI Desktop - End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License grant. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the New Axiom AI desktop application on devices you control, for your own use.

2. License keys. A license key (format NAX-...) identifies your account. Keep it private; do not share, resell, or publish it. One active key per account: minting a new key deactivates the previous one.

3. Restrictions. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application except where the law expressly permits; do not use the application to break the law; do not misrepresent output tiers (the application reserves the word "verified" for machine-checked results).

4. Online service. The application connects to newaxiomai.com to answer requests and to check license status. Periods of offline use are allowed for a limited grace window, after which the application will ask to re-verify.

5. Privacy. Data handling is described at https://www.newaxiomai.com/privacy. The application sends your prompts to the service to be answered; it does not read files you have not given it.

6. No warranty. The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. New Axiom AI can make mistakes - check important information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination. This license ends automatically if you breach it; keys involved in abuse may be revoked. You may stop using the application at any time; sections 3, 6 and 8 survive.

8. Changes. We may update this EULA; material changes will be posted at https://www.newaxiomai.com/eula. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
